The best chicken place in Danville, Illinois. I wish we had one in the Indy area. You can get a bucket of chicken. They have really good biscuits. They have quite a few sides to choose from. You order your food and then wait for them to call your number when your order is ready. Pretty quick service. The closest one to our area is in Anderson Indiana. I've never been to that one.

The Most stupid thing just happen.. I called to order food to go (because it's %100 take out/ No tables! They told me I have to order at least 40 piece of chicken but was told they don't have order that big ? Wtf ? I'm so confused !

9/16/2018 On a whim and a personnel reference, Stephanie and I tried Lee's Famous Chicken. I ordered (2) 2 piece meals and Stephanie ordered the chicken liver meal with potatoes and no gravy, well the gravy they must fill the remainder of the open space in the small side tub because there was only about 1/3 potatoes in it. I thought the meals were very good and we will return sometime soon.

Very favorable and well cooked chicken. I love their fried pickles, I order some every time I'm there. There is no indoor/outdoor seating which is kind of a bummer so it's a good option if you're already out and trying to bro g food home. I think the prices are a little high, every time I go there, there are never any deals or promotions going on. All in all it's still a must eat at spot!
